7 Night Stays Receive a 10% Discount

30% deposit required on advanced reservations. Check or money order preferred. Credit card carries 3% service charge. 

Balance due upon arrival. Cash, money order, certified check or credit card. Sorry no personal checks.
All rates subject to 14% tax. No refunds on early departure or inclement weather. All adult guests must be at least 25 years of age.
One and two night stays will be charged $5 surcharge. Deposit refunded if notified 21 days prior to arrival date (less 30% service fee).
Extra person’s over age 5 $15 per night.
One parking space per unit (unless noted)
 
Weekends include Friday, Saturday and Sunday
*Individual making reservation must occupy the unit and must be at least 25 yrs old
